A Welcome Message

I support people in transforming their lives through yoga, breath work, personal development coaching, and Magic.

I am a registered yoga teacher certified through Yoga Alliance. Over the years, I have been both a practitioner and teacher of yoga, and I've discovered in my own practice the power of integrating several different healing modalities. My approach to teaching yoga is holistic, and I love to incorporate meditation, breath work, mantra, and of course movement (traditional yoga asana flow). If you're more interested in the physical aspect of yoga and building strength and flexibility, rather than an integrative approach, I teach traditional Hatha yoga as well.

I am passionate about teaching people to use yoga, breath work, and personal development coaching in order to heal and transform their lives. Nothing happens by mistake and you have been led here for a reason. I am here to partner with you in your journey. Now let's take the next step.

My Offerings

My philosophy is that we are all whole, perfect and complete! We’re all discovering who we really are and what we would love to do and be in our lives. We already possess everything we need to access our fullest potential and only need assistance in uncovering it.

Yoga and transformation coaching are ways of finding out who you are beyond who you have thought yourself to be. These tools are about creating a safe place that allows you to fearlessly peel the layers of conditioning so you can create a life of no regrets. 

As your coach or yoga teacher, it is my mission to act as a catalyst for you to wake up to your authentic self. Through daily practice and commitment you'll start to let go of those faulty belief systems, stemming from the conditioned mind, that have prevented you from reaching your full potential and accessing your higher self. I will assist you in discovering your purpose along with this, and we will begin to dig for those deepest desires in hopes of making them a reality. Whether you are someone who has achieved a great amount of success however, you find yourself questioning if this is all there is, or maybe you just have always felt an underlying sense of dis-ease about life, transformation work is for you.

I teach in group settings, but my specialty is working one on one with private students. What sets me apart from other teachers is the variety of different modalities that I have been trained in and use in my practice, which allows me to provide my clients with a more holistic, transformative, and tailored experience. I tailor my students' practice based on their specific needs, and I draw from my vast array of different experience and training in order to determine the most effective approach for each individual. I am certified in personal development coaching, energy work, breath work, yoga, DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), NLP (neuro linguistic programming), and Access Consciousness, to name just a few, and I have over ten years of experience working successfully with clients using these modalities.
